  Chairman Tomoko Nagai

Graduater from Jissen Women's Educational Institure.
Belongs to the Etiquette Culture Society and performs overall instruction in the three divisions: Kimiko,Etiquette,and Tea Ceremony.
Tomoko Nagai is active in Kimono shows and lectures on Japanese etiquette culture overseas, is in charge of etiquette and Kimono dressing for TV programs and magazines,gives lectures and instruction on etiquette and manners at educational institutions and companies,and develops related class materials.
Meeting the needs of society,she also belongs to the International Performance Society.She studied coaching and performance and is working actively as a certified performance counselor.
Having felt the need for etiquette culture and manners,especially for women,she took up the post as the chairperson of the International Institure for Ritual Culture Education in order to foster globally active people who are very familiar with traditional Japanese culture.

Obtained 1st Grade Kimono Consultant Qualification (Graduater from Sodo Kimono Institute,Instructor's Course)
- Obtained instructor license with the name "Genkasai Ryohou" from the Ogasawara School of Etiquette and Manners
- Obtained Sodo Reiho Consultant license
- Obtained instructor license with the name "Sousei" from the Omotesenke School of Tea Ceremony

Engaged in cultural exchanges at domestic embassies and consulates
Engaged in the instruction of Japanese culture(Kimono,etiquette and manners,tea ceremony,etc) to the students from the Communication University of China(Formerly Beijing Broadcasting Institute)
Took charge of the Kimono Show/Japanese Festival Kimono Parade for celebrating the opening of cultural facilities for two consecutive years at the request of the Vietnamese Government.(Visited Birla Orphanage,Children's Village/Nguyen Dinh Chieu School for the Blind)
Made a lecture on "Japanese rites of passage" and took charge of the two parts:"Four seasons of Japan/The collaboration of the Kimono,hair and make-up"in Paris,France
